Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website and your registration for AI Witness early access. They do not cover use of the AI Witness application, which does not yet exist and will have its own terms.

Everything described on this site is a description of a product we are building. It is not a description of software available to you today. Registering gives you a place in early access. It does not give you an app, a launch date, or a guarantee that any particular feature will ship as described.

AI Witness is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for one. It does not contact police, ambulance, fire services or any other emergency responder on your behalf. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

No safety technology can guarantee your safety or detect every emergency. Detection systems produce both false alarms and missed events. AI Witness is intended as one layer alongside your own judgment and the people you trust, and must not be relied on as your only means of getting help.

The first 100 people to complete a valid signup become Founding Members at no cost. What Founding Membership includes has not yet been decided and will be confirmed before launch. Everyone else who signs up joins the early access list.

Your position is determined by the order in which valid signups are recorded in our database. No payment or payment method is required at any point in this offer. We may void signups that are duplicated, automated, or created in bad faith.

By signing up you agree to receive email about the AI Witness launch and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you provide a phone number, we may use it for launch-related contact.

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, submit signups you are not entitled to submit, or access data that is not yours.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes affecting the Founding Member offer will be communicated to registered members by email.

Governing law, jurisdiction and venue. Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties, with particular attention to personal injury exposure for a safety product. Arbitration and class action waiver. Enforceability of the Founding Member offer as a promotional commitment. Consumer protection and advertising rules covering pre-launch claims. SMS/telephone consent requirements, including TCPA in the United States. Accessibility obligations.
