What this page covers today

AI Witness is in development. This site collects early access signups. It does not run the AI Witness application, and no audio is collected, processed or stored by this website.

What we collect when you sign up

Your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and your consent to receive launch communications.

We also record the date and time of your signup, which landing page you came from, the referring URL, any UTM campaign parameters in the link you followed, your browser user agent, and the Founding Member number assigned to you. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention rather than the address itself.

If you answer the optional survey, we store your three answers alongside your signup.

Why we collect it

To tell you when AI Witness is ready to test, to honour the Founding Member offer you received, to understand which campaigns reach people who want this product, and to prevent automated or duplicate signups.

Audio and the product we are building

The AI Witness application, when it exists, is designed so that monitoring occurs only after you deliberately start a protection session, and stops when you end that session. It is not designed to run continuously in the background of your everyday life.

The intended architecture maintains a limited rolling window of recent audio so that escalation can be assessed in context, rather than permanently storing everything you say. Where the system flags a possible escalation, a limited amount of surrounding context may be preserved so that it is available afterwards.

These are design intentions for a product still being built. Final, binding terms covering audio processing, retention periods, on-device versus server processing, and deletion rights will be published before launch and before any audio is processed.

Who we share it with

Service providers that operate this site: our hosting provider, our database provider, our email provider, and our analytics and advertising measurement providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

This site may load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, and the Meta pixel to measure which campaigns lead to signups. These services set cookies and receive information about your visit.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may ask us to delete your signup and survey response at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it.
